Pupil Premium Funding Expenditure & Outcomes
Overview of the school
The school’s mission is to change the lives and life chances of its pupils. Every child has their own story and this requires a personalised learning journey and a complex level of intervention to ensure that each and every one makes the necessary outstanding progress.
This is a breakdown of how the school uses its Pupil Premium funding from its school budget. This is funding allocated to the school and is based on the number of pupils who have been eligible for Free School Meals in the last six years, or who are looked after by the Local Authority.
The Pupil Premium has enabled St Joseph’s to further enhance and intensify strategies already in place and a key investment has been the appointment of a non -classed based Inclusion Manager.
The school shares its practice with other schools, regularly hosting visits and workshops.
