The children went to the Great British Apple pop up shop in Covent Garden. First Robert taught us all about the life cycle of an apple. Then we got to do some activities. We tasted lots of different flavours of British Apples. The class favourite was the Amelia apple closely followed by the Jazz apple. Nobody like the nutty tasting Russet apple with its rough skin. Then we got to decorate some apples and we also had a go at apple bobbing. The children said it was the best trip ever!
